Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout, prior to confirming your order. You will also find this information when you view your shopping cart. Details of these are shown below:-

Mainland UK
Excluding Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland (in the Scottish Highlands ONLY, heavy items may incur an extra charge - you will be notified if your order is effected prior to any charge being applied)

Orders for 1 Item - Orders for 1 item will incur a £2.95 Postage and Packaging Cost. (dog tags are NOT included in the item count)

Orders for 2 Items - Orders for up to 2 items will incur a £3.80 Postage and Packaging Cost. (dog tags are NOT included in the item count)

Orders for 3 Items - Orders for three or more items will incur a £4.25 Postage and Packaging Cost. (dog tags are NOT included in the item count)

Orders for 4 or More Items - Orders for three or more items will incur a £4.75 Postage and Packaging Cost. (dog tags are NOT included in the item count)

Dog Tags - We offer FREE DELIVERY via Royal Mail of all Dog Tags / Pet ID's. Orders for 10 or more tags will incur a charge, and shown online at the time of order (but this will be no more than £4.95).

Where an order is placed by for delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland, whilst we will endevour to restrict any additional charges for delivery to these areas, we may need to charge additional costs for these orders, but will ALWAYS make contact with you prior to doing so.

Delivery Timescales

• We typically ship most orders within 48 hours of being placed online from our Warehouse in Bristol. 
  
  
• Please allow up to 5 working days from the first working days AFTER the day you placed your order for delivery of all items.
  
  
• NB There are occasions when delivery may take longer for some collars and leads, where due to the size of the selection that we offer it can (whilst unusual) sometimes take up to 14 days for delivery. For the leather Name Collars by Dog Design, this period may be longer. If after 14 days you have not received your collar, please drop us an email and we will provide a due date.
  
  
• You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

• We will endevour to acknowlledge special delivery instructions, but where goods are shipped via Royal Mail (all orders under 1kg) a signiture may be be required on delivery. If you are not available a calling card will be left and you can arrange for re-delivery or the item to be taken for collection to a local Post Office.

EU ZONE 2 - Austria and Denmark

Standard Delivery is £16.00 + VAT up to 30kgs and £16.00 for each additional 30kgs (or part thereof)

EU ZONE 3 - Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia and Spain

Standard Delivery is £18.00 + VAT up to 30kgs and £18.00 for each additional 30kgs (or part thereof)

EU ZONE 4 - Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Slovenia and Sweden

Standard Delivery is £20.70 + VAT up to 25kgs and £20.70 for each additional 25kgs (or part thereof)

EU ZONE 5 - Bosnia Herzegovina, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania

Standard Delivery is £34.00 + VAT up to 30kgs and £34.00 for each additional 30kgs (or part thereof)

EU Delivery Timescales

Once all items from your order are in stock and ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch notifiaction email from us. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery once you receive this. Due to the nature of International and EU Deliveries, we undertake additional order verification searches, and as with all orders we reserve the right to refuse any order. Should we refuse an order we will notify you of this and refund any charges already made.
