Canny Collar - Dog Training Collar
 
The revolutionary new Canny Collar is now used by the RSPCA and Association of Guide Dogs for the Blind as a key training aid to prevent pulling on lead.

The unique and innovative design of the Canny Collar means that it operates from behind your dogs head, rather than under the chin like a conventional head collar using a simple "pressure and release" system to stop your dog from pulling. When your dog pulls, gentle pressure is applied to the bridge of his nose. As soon as he learns to stop pulling, the pressure is released.

Because of the way in which the collar functions, there is no risk of injury to your dog's head by the collar being jerked sideways or riding up into his eyes and it can remain on your dog when let off lead. With the lead short and loose, your dog cannot paw the device off his face, nor become tangled in the lead.

The Canny Collar features a conventional polypropylene collar with a soft, nylon slip line that goes over your dog's nose. Fittings and buckle are nickel-plated steel.

The Canny collar:
