Dog Tags & The Law

Control of Dog Order 1992 - Every dog while in a highway or in a place of public resort, shall wear a collar with the name and address of the owner inscribed on the collar or on a plate or badge attached thereto. You can be fined up to £5,000 if your dog does not wear an identification disc.

Tag Information

A maximum of 5 lines per side can be engraved with 16 characters per line (including spaces)

This tag can be engraved on both sides. If you do not wish to use both sides, then LEAVE THESE BOXES BLANK

Text will ALWAYS be engraved in CAPITALS and CENTERED on the tag.

The more characters on a line, and the more lines you use, the smaller the engraved text will be.
